Ann N. Nguyen, Esq. is a Bay Area native attorney focusing in the area
of bankruptcy. Nguyen has exceptional experience in representing
consumer and business debtors in the Oakland, San Jose, San Francisco
Bay Area. She is duly licensed by the State Bar of California to
practice law in the State of California.
Nguyen is admitted to the bankruptcy courts of the Northern District of
California and Eastern District of California. She has represented
numerous satisfied debtors in chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy cases
in the Northern District of California and Eastern District of
California. In addition, Nguyen is a criminal defense attorney as well
as family law divorce attorney and has represented clients in State of
California County court system.
Currently, Nguyen is a board officer of the Vietnamese American Bar
Association of Northern California and a member of the National
Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), American Bar
Association, California Bar Association, Volunteer Legal Services
Program, the Women Defenders, Minority Bar Coalition, the San Francisco
County Bar Association, Santa Clara County and the Alameda County Bar

Liz Barsell
Liz Barsell was admitted to the California State Bar in 1995. She practiced in the area of family law, estate planning, and probate from 1995 to 1999. Since 1999 she has limited her practice to estates and trusts, and Medi-Cal planning. She is a graduate of California State University, Hayward (B.A.), John F. Kennedy University, School of Law (J.D.).
Her professional memberships include: Contra Costa County Bar Association (Conservatorship/ Guardianship and Probate and Trust Section, and Lawyer Referral and Information Service); California Real Estate Broker’s license; State Bar of California (Trusts and Estates Section); California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform; and the ARAG Attorney Network (Legal Insurance).
Liz is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California. Her area of concentration is Estate Planning, Trust Law, Estate and Trust Administration, Probate Law, and related matters in Real Property transactions, and Medi-Cal Planning.
